My work attempts to translate an aesthetic experience borne from an observation of the natural world or from memory. This act of transposition is to bring nature indoors by use of canvas as a pretext. Living in an urban environment, I have only felt an even greater need to portray nature poetically. In a word, to create an anthology, a universe alive yet soothing.
